im trying to adjust my idle screw because im having issues with my idle..but when i disconnect my iacv my car dies and wont start so i cant do my idle adjustment. anyone know why it does that please help idle is annoying

ls intake manifold
b16a2 throttle bodie
b16 iacv would it make a differnce??
