What car should I get steering knuckles from for front brake upgrade?
I'm going to do a upgrade to bigger disks for my front brakes so I just want to know which car I should get the steering knuckles from.
My car is a eg civic sedan non ABS with 15" gsr fat fives.
I was thinking I could get the gsr steering knuckles but I think they're ABS so I'm guessing they wouldn't work?

They will work, all the ABS thing is are some wires and that should be it. Just take them off the brake assemblies and they will work the same. You can use any 94-01 Integra front brakes.
Are all 94-01 Integra front disk brakes the same size on all models? I just want to make sure because I want the best stopping power I can get.
If you want even better stopping power you can use your stock knuckles and get the fastbrakes 11" rotor kit then you just use the integra calipers.

So all Integra rotors are bigger than my Civic DX sedan ones right? And you're saying all models of Integras, that are 4 lug, all have the same size rotors? Is it even worth it to upgrade and would I notice a difference?
yes all 94-01 integra Front knuckles are thesame and so are the rear EXCEPT THE INTEGRA TYPE R like 5 people already said this
I think it was 94 and up EX and all Si (someone please correct me if I'm wrong) have the same size rotor as an Integra. I know the pads for the Civic EX are different than the Integra, or maybe the Integra with ABS. It depends what caliper bracket you have.
Some people redrill the Prelude/Accord Wagon? rotor, which is supposed to be the same size as the ITR. Then using the drilled rotor, a DX knuckle and a modified caliper bracket and some caliper you can get like 11" brakes.
Integra brakes should be plenty especially if you bleed them well and have good rotors and pads.

Really the only thing different with the integra is the fact the pistons are a little bigger (non-ITR) then civic's.
However if you do end up going with integra front brakes, you should be runing a DC mater cylnder.

integra and civic ex/si calipers are not the same. they are the same size rotor, but the pads are thicker on integras, therefore use a wider caliper.
