CLEAN TITLE 89 civic dx sedan
motor:
golden eagle sleeved h22a4
89mm X forged cp pistons (12.5 to 1 cr)
eagle rods
arp rod bolts
arp head studs
Skunk2 stage 2 cams with skunkworks cam gears
(have sheet from v2v clearance)
commetic custom headgasket 89mm bore .075" thick, cr is at 11.5 to 1 for pump gas
block was notched with a CNC mill
brand new OEM rod and main bearings
assembled by speedfactory
head:
.5mm oversized DHR flat faced stainless steel valves
DHR dual valve springs
DHR chromoly retainers
Skunk2 stage2 cams with skunk2 cam gears (not installed)
ported by speedfactory
valve cover has 1/2" pipe threads welded in for catch can
msd external coil
megan racing header modded for H2B and shortened up for best possible ground clearance
custom modified H2B oil pan done by all in fabrication for best possible ground clearance with drain plug in the front
password JDM magnetic drain plug for oil pan and tranny
S2000 oil filter
custom single row crank pulley
kazien speed balance shaft delete
converted to manual timing belt tensioner
walbro 255lph fuel pump
8lb flywheel
QSD H2B kit (allows you to run B series tranny along with B series mounts, B series shift linkage and all B series axles)
very rare B17a1 tranny, smoothest shifting cable tranny Iv ever driven, no grinds what so ever (gsr cable tranny)
ACT 6 puck clutch and pressure plate
hasport B series swap shift linkage
3" intake with velocity stack
no check engine lights what so ever
exterior:
DA6 front lip
wagon van bumper lights
clear corners
tinted red tails (looks super clean)
SLAMMED
skunk2 coilovers with KYB gr-2's in the front, tokiko illuminas in the rear
extended top hats front and rear (1.5" front, 3" rear) these allow you to ride super low and maintain ride quality of a stock ride height
DA breaks all the way around with slotted rotors and hawk hps pads
very clean fat fives with good tires all the way around
custom traction bar setup
full 2.5" exhaust with 2 inline resonators and a magnaflow muffler and discrete dump out in stock location (very quiet and sounds awesome)
car is tuned on hondata S300, Im willing to sell the car for $4500 without the s300, you bring your own ecu not a penny less. $5000 CASH for the car how it sits with the cams and the custom headgasket
cons: crack in windshield, has gsr leather seats drivers seat is about 5/10

how much would you sell the shell for? youd probably get better offers with the motor and tranny than the whole car. but im interested in a clean shell
I dunno I don't really wanna part it out or sell the swap or sell the shell. I just put it up for what would be reasonable to ask for it considering everything thats done. Ill probably end up keeping it and finishing the build.

I got the head off right now, just did a v2v clearence check so I can throw the cams in it and the .075" headgasket so she will run good on pump without any issues.

make me an offer. Id be willing to sell it and just throw a stock motor in my car to sell it. I can't believe no one has made any real offers on this thing yet, although it is somewhat of a niche market being a ef sedan and H series.
