Hello people of Honda-tech. I am posting pics of my EF hatch Si with a DOHC ZC swap. Im rockin a cammed DOHC ZC, rusty hood (trying to rust but it's hard when you live in hot/dry *** new mexico) with rising sun vinyl and OZ Superturismo rims. I'm curious to see what people think of how it looks and hoping to get some positive feedback. The body isn't in too good of shape in terms of the front bumper and headlights but it doesn't bother me too much. I'm trying to make it look like some of those bad *** kanjo racers in Japan. Why are you trying to rust the hood with a kicka$$ decal like that? I realize its a new trend thats catching on and I'm not hating, but it seems strange.

i'd get some new headlights and corner markers if i were you. ebay is your friend. i have a pair of tyc head lights on my hatch, they work great. also, get that bumper repainted. other then that, looks good.

 

I never thought rust would be a welcomed thing in cars.

There is already a pic thread at the top, if u actually had a nice ef I wouldn't mind but when u post a piece of crap it makes me feel like sueing u for the time I wasted opening this thread.

My thoughts:

Hood is no good. The decal thing would maybe be ok if you lived in Japan.
Rust trend is dumb.
Wheels are good.
Exhaust looks ricey.
Swap is cool but valve cover color I don't like.

My suggestions:
Get an exhaust that isn't all angled stupid.
Save up and Maaco paint job the car.
Paint valve cover black or maybe red or white. The orange doesn't do anything for the color scheme of the car.

Most of us here on HT are trying to save our cars from rust.
Sell your car to someone who will appreciate it and not destroy it trying to get rust on it

swap is good but valve cover not. paint it a different color.

decals need to be tooken off
