A bit confused about getting wheels for this car.....help?????

I am looking at a hatch with JDM 96' Spec 4x114.3 conversion. Can I buy any 4x114 wheel and it should fit with the JDM setup?

you will probably need a 15" diameter to clear the brakes. also make sure the the center bore is big enough, i beleive itr's have a 64mm centerbore. stick with a higher offset 38-45
