Would you buy a H22a4 or a LS/Vtec Swap? I really have not maid my mind on what to put the motors in a 89 Hatch or a 93 Hatch. I curretly have a the 89 hatch in my garage with no motor. But i have come across someone selling a 93 CX body with a awsome paint & job coilovers. What should i do? Please let me know the good/bads to help me make a choice. thanks

 

h22a in the 93 hatch. a much easier swap and it will move.

 

does it make a diff h22a1, a2, a3, a4? I heard there was over steer in the 88-91 hatchs too. How bad is that?

 

i don't have much knowledge of the h22a1, a2, a3 or a4. i would ask in the prelude forum as they should all know.

its understeer, not oversteer. understeer is cause by having too much weigh up front and the car not being able to turn (b/c the momentum is for the car to continue straight even though the wheels are turned).

how bad is it? its unsure right now as we don't have many cases of people having h22as in EFs. and everyone's opinion is always different...
