I think I know how this one goes ... this guy is currently overseas, but the car is still here in the states, waiting to be shipped to the buyer. The only reason he's selling it is because his mother has recently been struck with cancer. He will want to complete the transaction through eBay's "Buyers Protection" program, so that both parties are fully insured. He'll probably insist that you send funds via Western Union or Money Gram. Oh, and I bet his grammar is terrible too.

its a scam, its like the one of the Black ITR not long ago with only around 53k miles. Its called phishing, basically you will email them about the car and eventually they will reply to you with an excuse for the detail and state how to go forth with the purchase.
In the case of the Black ITR, the phone number provided was a SoCal number when the car was in the midwest. She emailed me about a month after I emailed because I already knew it was fake because the car belonged to somone on here. I forwarded the email to the FBI and to the LAPD
