Default Koni & ground control for my ITR

After doing many research, it seem like koni & gc combo is one of the best. Im planning to buy this for my ITR. Im looking to drop the car about 1 or 2 inch. What do you guys recommend for the springs rates? Im thinking 450f and 400r?? I want the car comfort just like stock. I know that is not possible but the best it could do. Your help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you want it to ride close to stock I would drop the rates just a little. Try 400f and 380r.

My friends dad was runing 400 350, he said it felt very soft and felt great.
He's older and drives 100miles a day so comfort was a must.

I second that, the standard 350/280 is just about perfect for most of us on the street. I don't mean to high jack the thread, but can anyone give input on what size sway bars to go with with that setup? front and rear for an ek hatch...

I run a different setup, 650lb front with 26mm sway bar and 350lb back with a 13mm rear sway bar. I like it a lot

Im looking in to droping the front rates and bumping up the backs, possibly a 22mm ctr bar.

If your suspension is true ITR rates I wouldn't run rates this low.
