91 civic dx cluster guage

I have a 91 civic DX and i bought the 91 civic Si cluster gauge with the rpm guage. can anyone tell me how to change it out and is there anything special i need to do to get the rpm guage to work?

Its all plug and play. Just take the cluster bezel off, take a few screws out, then unplug everything from the back of the cluster. Voila.

cool thanks. the cluster i have now doesnt have the rpm so is there wire i need to get or is there one behind the cluster that i can just plug in? either way i will give it a try today. thanks

you dont need to do any wiring. even with the DX cluster there is already a wire ran to the distributor for a tachometer. just plug the Si cluster in and start the car to make sure it works.
