Default HELP! wiring guru needed!

I dont have memberships on many forums so this is like a shot in the dark for me in here but im hoping for the best.

The Project:

Putting a Cummins 5.9L 6BT into a HMMWV (humvee, hummer...) with an Allison transmission.

The Task:

I need a professional who could wire up the truck and have it so clean that the wire harness could be taken off and duplicated (into the thousands!)

Wiring needs to be as simple and clean as possible and has to be done within a week of starting.

Only profesionals please. This isnt an 'in garage' project, its bigger than that.

Please email me pics of your work, a resume if possible and contacts if you know someone who could help, to vdiaz_usmc@hotmail.com .

Applicant must be dependable and must have a reliable transportation and job will be in Oceanside for now and might be moved down to La Mesa area in the near future.

Our deadline is approaching and any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is going on a proof of concept vehicle to show to the dod (department of defense). It has to be done right, and the only pro's i found online that can do it 'Fred's Custom Wiring & Auto in Ontario, CA' are booked for July.
