93 civic vx low idle and stall when ac is off

i have a 93 vx and if i dont have the ac/heater on the idle is very low and most of the time it will stall out. any ideas whats causing this? it doesnt matter how long the car has been running it constantly does it.

Any CEL codes? Have you tried adjusting the idle speed?

no codes, and i have adjusted it mutiple times, it doesnt help

Did you try adjusting the idle exactly as described in the diagram? You need to hook up an external tach to do it correctly.

Is the PCV valve or PCV or breather hose clogged?
