Default Hard to start cold, and runs terrible

I just finished my h22a4 swap into my eg. And its hard to start when its cold, and runs like crap bogs down really bad when i press the gas. And if i try and drive it theres like no power.
when the car is warm its runs alright but it feels like its still lacking power, and I can only get the car to rev up to 7k its almost like the rev limiter is set at 7k

Im running a chipped p28 from phearable.net
You guys think it could be a bad o2 sensor ??
Thanks in advance for any help provided.

I also checked the timing and its right on.
A friend of mine says he thinks it might be the dizzy. Im gunna change out the cap and rotor and see if there are any changes.

spark plugs? my step-dad had the EXACT same problem, we changed the fuel filter and injectors, turns out it was just the spark pugs.. had to change the plugs and wires.
good luck

any CEL's, you may have got the vtec plug and the sensor on the Tstat housing swapped around, what ecu are you running and harness?

I had a cel for the map sensor but I cleared it.

check ur referance to the map, make sure the tps is working correctly, and make sure u dont have a vacuum or im leak. Try a different ecu even if its a p28 or something, something that u know is good. Phearable is a reputable company but Iv had a lot of problems with there base maps lately.

I calibrated the tps, and its at .5 idle 4.5 WOT so that should be correct. there are no vaccum leaks that i can see or hear, I guess ill have to try and find a ecu

I just noticed that my IAT sensor was broken off, But it isn't throwing a code for it.. Think that could be the problem?

sure it could be part of the problem. If its detecting colder air than more fuel is needed, so maybe its getting stuck in warmup mode, u think its running super rich?

It relies much more on the ect sensor on cold starts, that is the major input the ecu uses to determine if extra fuel is needed for a cold start.

what engine harness are you using. it's common on the h22 harness that ppl reverse the tps and map sensor plugs and this would cause the problems you are talking about aswell as throw the code for you map sensor

How old are the plug wires, cap, and rotor? Have you inspected/tested them?

Did you check the ignition timing with a timing gun and the service connector jumped? Did the pointer align with the red mark (middle in group of three) on the crank pulley.

The plugs wires are probably less than a week old, I have yet to change the cap and rotor... I dont have a timing gun so I have no checked the timing with a gun. I connected to service connector. It gave me code 3,7,10. I cleared 3,7. But code 10 is because the sensor broke off when putting the motor in (don't ask me how, but it did)

I dont know if you know much about this but... It was giving me codes at first, But know when I try to pull the codes (after i cleared code 3,7.) it wont pull the code anymore. The light just stays lit

Code 3 = MAP sensor
Code 7 = TPS

Check whether the TPS and MAP sensor connectors are swapped.

They were at first, I switched them. Thats how i got the codes to go away. You think the IAT code 10, could be the reason its being like that?

So you only have code 10 right now? Replace the broken sensor and go from there.

Well I don't know if im just throwing code 10, after i switched the MAP and TPS around the car ran 10x better. If i pull the Map sensor off car runs like ****... So im assuming it works, If i pull the tps sensor off no change but when i plug it back in I can hear the car pulse a bit, So im assuming that works now too.

But after i switched those around it wouldn't let me pull the code anymore, the CEL light just stays lit when i Jump the connector.
