witch dc headers do i buy for my zc
Yeah, get headers for the CRX Si. Port matching them isn't that big of a pain. Just line up the gasket with the bolt holes, mark the area needs to be ground down, and grind it down. It should take like 10 minutes
.
.
actually the best header set up would be and 89 teg dc upper with an 88-91 ef dc
lower. the 89 dc teg header is shifted to the side to match the ex ports. now see if you could find the separate.

Which witch is which?
I wish mine took 10 minutes, it took me about 20 minutes a port and I went through about 5 bits on the dremel. Does I finished with some 220 sand paper, does it need to be any finer than that? Is there really a benefit from "polishing" it after?
