Default D16a1 tranny help?

i almost bought a dohc d16a1 tranny at the junkyard for my d15b2. it will match up to my motor even though its a dohc i read, but i noticed that the mounts are different then in my hatch. so im wondering what has to be done for the mounts to get the tranny to fit? also to will my d15 tranny axles work for the new 1?

wayyyy too much work dude! the d16a1 tranny comes from 86-89 integras.
you would have to make custom mounts, and your original axles will not work because the d16a1 tranny uses axles with an intermediate shaft.
your best bet is to find an si (d16a6) tranny!
