Default Alignment issues! Please help. Toe can't be adjusted any more..

A little history, the car is a 95 Integra GSR. When I bought it, it had ITR 5-lugs. I didn't want the extra attention so I traded a guy (we made a deal of course) for a 4-lug setup he had laying around. He did all the work for me as I've never swapped suspension before. Nice guy. The front end seems to be fine. However, the rear is way outta wack. The heat shields on the rear are Civic Si blue, which leads me to believe that some or all of the rear is from an Si. He said it'd be fine, the Si and Integra have the same suspension. So, I said ok, I'll just go get an alignment, it's fine. So, I take the car to the shop today to get the alignment done, and the mechanic tells me that the driver-side rear toe is out by 1 inch. And he can't adjust it anymore. He said they make an adjustable aftermarket part that can be used between the trailing arm and the frame? I'm not really sure what he's talking about. Can someone please enlighten me? Can I still use these parts?

Oh, also, there is no where to plug in my ABS sensors in the rear.. Do I need to replace the brake assemblies with Integra ones? What parts would I need?

It is a hardrace toe adjustment.

Hmm.. That one is $140.. But I did google "integra rear toe kit" and found one from Wicked Tuning with pretty good reviews for $50.. Which is better, but I'd still like to know why I can't use what's already on my car and not waste $50 on a useless part.. =/ Is this a common issue? Is there anything else I can try? Thanks for the reply.

an aftermarket toe arm would be a bandaid solution to the problem.

you either have the wrong components on the car, or a bent trailing arm. fixing and replacing the bad part would be the right solution, not trying to get around the problem with a longer arm.

figure out what the problem is. i suspect a bent trailing arm. or possibly the wrong compensator arm.

Compensator arms are indeed different (part#) between EK and EG/ITR.

Toe out by 1inch is huge

It could be a compensator arms or the worse a bend trailing arm.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I went ahead and ordered these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/WICKE...Q5fAccessories

Are those the same thing as a "compensator arm"? Hopefully that'll fix my problem.. And can you lend any advice about the ABS sensor?

Thanks.

The toe link and the compensator arm are the same part essentially.

You ignored the only good advice in this thread.

a compensator arm is an oem piece. those aftermarket pieces are not the solution to your problem.

#14 - compensator arm
#20/21 - trailing arms

Well, I needed an easy and quick solution right away. I'm confident I can change out the compensator arm. And not so confident with the trailing arm.. How much is a new trailing arm? You don't think that if it's bent just a little, that when it's aligned everything should be fine?

Hmm.. Maybe I'll check out the junkyard.. I just want this fixed. It's definitely the toe, not the camber.. Then once that's fixed, I need to buy the correct brake assembly for the abs sensor. This sucks. Thanks for the help. </thread>
