Default 4040 Proportioning valves

I was just talking to a friend who's really into Jeeps and he was saying that for guys who upgrade their rear brakes to Rotors they can actually change a spring in the Proportioning Valves to adjust how the line pressure is distributed front/rear. Does anyone know if this can be or has been done for a Honda?

I've never opened up a Prop valve so I don't know how Honda ones work. It doesn't look like we can just buy a spring either.
