B20Z connecting rod torque specs

I have been searching for the connecting rod bearing cap torque specs? what pattern and lbs do you torque them to?

Thanks in advance for any help?

Main bearing caps, first step- 19 ft lb
second step-56 ft lb
Connecting rod caps -23 ft lb

Could'nt find anything for connecting rods so i assume do one after another but heres something for mains hopefully this helps
