they have been resprayed by the previous owner. the color is a lighter blue than the stock mugen blue.

there are some chips which are pictured. the white stuff covering some of the center screws in the pics is thread lock. the back lip of one center cap is chipped, but the cap fitment is not affected.

these are perfect if u plan on respraying them a different color since u dont want to do it to a mint set.
