I am trying to nicely deal with the customer service department over at CorSport USA over a K-Tuned Clutch Line Kit I ordered from them.

I ordered the clutch line for a 2000 Civic SI... got the clutch line kit, not only is it a foot short in length, the fittings were not in the package, the line was not stainless braided line as shown in the pics and in the description... Now the issue, CorSport points a finger at me... they finally sent an apology via email however I just want to return the clutch line for a full refund and they seem to be having issues with that option which makes no sense considering they sent the incorrect part to begin with. Now about a week or more of down time with my car. I want to just go get a custom line made locally and return this one since it won't work but CorSport seems to have an issue about that option.

I filed a claim with PayPal and they closed the case within an hour however I think I am just going to call them and reopen the case since the item is not as described.

Anyone else seem to have issues with CorSport before? I mean I'm not trying to bash on them or be a jerk... but come on, when you send the incorrect part, take a return and issue a refund, I already had to wait a week for this incorrect line. Would be nice to just get the custom one made locally so I can have it ready once the car gets back from paint.

 

i actually had some issues with corsport.. i ordered a megan racing c pillar bar for my ek hatch. and i waited a few weeks ok fine, they told me it was going to be on back order for 3 weeks, alright im OK with that i wasn't in a rush to get it. long story short i waited 2 months for my pillar bar and had to be constantly on the service departments a$$es about it. they never emailed me telling me where it was or when they were getting it. i understand that its megan racings fault for the delay but i was less than impressed how they handled the situation.

 

ehh small problem man no big deal return the kit and tell u want the right kit for the same price or less man i most of my parts on my FA5 from corsport the only back order i have with them is my skunk2 springs, waited for a 1 month it ok the guys at corsport email me rite away and it came the next day DAM lol go drink beer for month it goes by quicker HAHAHa

 

^^ yea my buddy has a fg2 and all his parts he orders from them have no problems getting to him or anything.

 

Did you order a k swap clutch line and have a b series?

reviving old thread, but it seem that Corsport might have closed?
but their system is still working.
I ordered an intake, charged immediately to my card.
A month later, nothing shipped.
Contacted by email, called them in, nothing.
Cancelled my order, but no refund so far.
Now they deleted the number from their site.
That was in April

Therefore, don't try to buy from them until it gets clear what is going on.
