Remember the Crosstour that Almost Was?.
It's certainly a different market that they went for.
Very few people who'd have wanted an Accord Sport Wagon are likely to buy the Accord Crosstour.
I like the Crosstour, but I've never seen it as the kind of winner that the current Accord has turned out to be. The design tweaks in the Accord are about to make it an even more popular car, too, I think.
Now, if you buy into the idea behind the Crosstour, then that's fine. When you see them on the road they look a lot better than they do in the pictures.
But I don't think any of this upscale AWD stuff is going to work for Honda until there's a Honda equivalent of SH-AWD.
