Rear disk brake swap for 91 Civic - Has anyone done this?
I currently have a 91 Civic Si. It has the stock disks on the front and drum brakes in the back.
Has anyone swapped the rear trailing arms off of an Integra to get the disk brakes on the rear?
If so, what parts are needed and what kind of job is it?
Thank you in advance.

not sure about the integra rear trailing arms, but I am positive that the rear disc assembly off a '91 CRX SI will fit perfectly. the only other problem is the e-brake cables wont work, you have to use the ones from an integra GS.
good luck

go in the ef/crx forum and do a search there....there area lot of these threads for you to check out. you can use the trailing arm assembly from a 90-93 teg and it will bolt right up. Just get the whole trailing arm assembly and E-brake cables from the teg. The biggest pain in the *** on this swap is running the ebrake cables through the grommets at the bottom of the car to go in the cabin. Good luck
Will I be able to use the existing master cylinder?
Is it possible to use a larger one to compensate for the increased slave piston volume?

I just put sir suspension on yesterday but i used the rears of a civic sir and a crx sir proportioning valve. First time doing this by myself, kind of difficult at moments but worth it.
