x2 the blue book value on the car is like 15XXX

i have the same car except mine needs some body work and only has 100XXX miles on it and im selling it for 13000 OBO..

a new turbo is only like 900 bucks from subaru you can find a VF39 turbo for that car on NASIOC all day for like 2-300 bucks used with ZERO shaft play.. if nothing is really wrong with you should seriously consider upping your price ur only hurting yourself bro..but good luck with the sale

Not really a big fan of the IS300 but it depends on the year, mileage and condition.

PMed you

Thanks. 10.5 is a reasonable price. Theres really nothing wrong with the car but you do have to take the mileage into consideration, it does have high mileage. If I jack the price up to like $12,000, I'm pretty sure someone can find a running lower mileage STi for like $13,500.

Thanks but like I just replied to the above poster. If I jack the price to like $12,000 someone will find one running and lower mileage for like $13,500 in this case, you have a lower mileage and running STi for $13,000 so I can't really compete with the price. Mileage means a lot. I personally think cars with over 90K have high mileage, but hey, thats just me.

Bump for someone who finally understands the truth about mileage on cars... now can we convince some of these teenagers trying to sell ef's and eg's with 200k+ miles for 4-5 grand?

Too bad you aren't taking trades, I'd throw my '05 si at you in a heartbeat lol. GLWS.

millage is a factor but its more so how it was drivin in those miles..you can tell almost everything about the car and how it was taken care of at first look..personally i inspect every car top to bottom inside and out before i buy them..the blue book on my si is 5700 am i ever gonna get 5700 on a 2000 si that has 135 thousand on it no..but thats what its worth..just like his sti is worth way more than what he is asking..like i stated in my above post i bought my sti exact same car he is trying to sell down to the color and year has 30 thousand less miles and it needs about 2 grand in body work with some small dents and the car getting repainted and its worth about 13 or so..look on ebay and other auto selling sites and just look around they are selling alot higher with about the same millage..but with the way the economy is he might have to sacrifice it at 10500..
