Me too. Back when I raced HR/Pro4 that's the way it always was. There was always good turnouts, and good racing.
Trending Topics
Last year wasn't that bad, there was actually a good car count. Unfortunately most broke in qualifers. I know Chuck S was gonna come but his sister got married that day and there other guys from Jersey with a nice hatch that runs good. Forget there name but maybe someone can ask them. There was a blue hatch from Canada that didn't enter but should have there car went mid 8's in 10.0 index, lol . And with the other platforms that are welcome to race that should make a ful feild real easy. I'm down with whatever you guys decide.
No Problem. I'm always down for a grudge match.. Its fun for everybody and hopefully brings more people to the racetrack..
My car is currently down too. Should have my new tranny next week (hopefully) and I hope to be out for the Pan Ams next weekend and MIR the following..

I may come out if my team does not have any plans. I know we have a drift event and a Rally Cross event in October but not to sure of the dates. Damn I miss drag racing. I would also need to renew my NHRA license.

I don't think theres time for grudge races at this event. I was just talking smack to the guy who said wrong wheel drive comment. I'll catch up with him at a test and tune or something. If you want a piece, you can grab the next lane after I'm done with him. lol
I know a couple of guy's from
that would make the trip, I'm sure about 4-5 pro Hot Rod cars. Let me know

Here pretty soon we are going to need more than verbal commitments. I'd say no more than 1 month out, we should all get our deposits in for our payouts.
I like Steve's payout structure he posted up last year. $200 deposit up front to go into a payout account. I am more than willing to set this up, and bring the money to the race. And we all have to pay for a tech card at the track. If you guys want the payouts to be less, we can do $100 each. What do you guys think??
.................................................. ... Payouts........................................... .............
.......Entries....... Total Purse ....... 1st Place...... 2nd Place ........ Semi's.......
......... 4.............. $800..................$600..............$200...... ...........0
..........5...............$1000................$70 0...............$300..................0
..........6...............$1200................$80 0...............$300.................$50 ea
..........7...............$1400................$90 0...............$400.................$50 ea
..........8...............$1600...............$100 0..............$400................$100 ea
And so on. I would say we could probably get 16 cars if everyone that says they are interested actually shows up.
If people wanted to show up the day of the race, they would need to bring cash to cover the payout purse and tech card.
