I have a 91 civic si that keeps draining brand new batteries. When I go to start it I dont even get a click or anything and the battery is dead(i cant even get it jump started). I have checked the alternator and it is fine and so now Im not sure of the problem. Thanks in advance if you could help.

 

It may be related to the electric door latch on the 91's. Not the little L shaped one, but the wires that go to the inside of the door latch itself. It happens. Try a parasitic draw test to determine which side is faulty, or just unplug both sides from inside the door cover panel. Good Luck.
