New Owner of # 01-1269
A month ago I became the third owner of #01-1269. The car is a CDM Championship White with the factory red interior.
The car has 150,000 KM (93,000 miles) and is in excellent shape. Right now it's stock with the exception of the 16" JDM wheels and HID's.
I've always wanted an ITR since I saw one at the Acura booth at a car show years ago. However I could never justify (or afford) having one as my only car. Our winters up here can be quite nasty and it would kill me to have to drive the car in a -40 snow storm. Plus I never had a place with a garage and I'm sure it wouldn't have taken too long before it went missing.
Now with my Civic for a daily driver and a garage for storage I could finally justify buying one.
Here she is:

Yea, I'd like to find a way to repair the seat because I'm pretty sure I won't find another one in better condition. It's on the mile long "to do" list.
Other than the wear on drivers seat bolster, missing drivers floor mat and the usual 10 y/o car rock chips and nicks in the paint it's in great shape.
Yes it's a duplex. It only has a one car garage but at least the R has somewhere safe to stay at night.

beautiful! IMO, JDM 16" > USDM ones. your next course of action should be to purchase a set of JDM red recaros. then your caR will be peRfect.
Congrats to a fellow Canuck'er on the pickup! She looks like a beauty!
By the way, I found the perfect remedy for the front seats being worn (I had the same interior as you) ...

That takes care of things ... trust me!
The best part of the Type R is the community. You'll come to realize that very soon.
Welcome aboard, and keep her safe.

I don't think there are too many R's out this way.
