IACV problems or ecu? help!
i have a 97 civic ex my engine light is on and it sais the problem is my iacv.. my idleing is bad it goes up and down.. the iacv looks new i checked the sensor and i even replaced the wiring from the ecu because i though it was a short.. i read the voltage on the sensor and threw out a little over 12 on one and 9 on the other i don't know what it might be... could it be my ecu?

Take the car to an auto parts store that will pull the code with an OBDII code reader free of charge. Knowing which specific IACV code is thrown will help pinpoint the problem.
