Hi, i know theres some info out there. i would just like some advice/pics on taking apart the jdm itr recaro's before winging it and potentially breaking something, tried searching ht and google but

I just had a pair shipped to me "69"ed and surrounded with plastic wrap.

IIRC: Take the center caps off of the adjustment ***** and then remove the *****. Remove the covers on the recliner ends by pushing in the push-rivets. There is a circlip that you have to remove on each side. The seat bottom will separate from the seat back.
