H22 swap into ek PARTS!! PLUS MUCH MORE

block: 4th cyl pistion, piston rings and cyl wall are messed up. car just dumped a lot of smoke and i the spark plug for that cyl was gunked up n wut not. i knew it was done so i stopped drivin it and pulled it all apart.
::reason for this problem: the 4th cyl injector had flow issues . leaned it out and therefore detonation....

Block is complete. all new belts and its converted to manual tensioner $150!
The heads still fine. just get it planed and the one side cleaned and its ready to b installed.. no issues with head at all!

do you still have the adapter plate? if not where did you get it?
