Icar is the track name, it's located in Mirabel, near montreal. (quebec, canada)
It's located on a international airport wich the governement close it a couple years ago.
There's still some plane activity around the track, (bombardier plant and cargo plane)
So, it feel like been in top gun when racing and a plane take off at the same moment !!
there's so many kind of race at this track : CTCC, cup lite, gt-sprint, super bike, time attack, lapping days, drifting ... manufacturer test day, driving school ... etc
there's also a 1/4 mile track(I think there now NHRA certified), karting track, skid pad, performance shop, private lounge... and I'm sure I forgot something !!
The categorie i'm racing in is GT-sprint. It's the quebec road racing championship and it's braket racing. there's no modification rules, cars class are based on lap times.
I race in GT4, and I can't go faster than 1:35 on that track or I jump into GT3

Ohh this is tooo kewl.
The place is open late... you can run just about anything there.
Best of all Jacques even has a driving academy.
Pricing for the mustangs is pretty reasonable to me.
We need one out here in California.
Thanks for sharing this!
