We have had this 99 Si for many years now with no major problems. Yesterday when coming back home from visiting family I did something weird that I'm hoping is just the weather. Car was fully packed with 5 people and 1 Chinchilla in it. When I started to go up the Grave Vine I had to use 4th gear since it won't climb it in 5th. During that time I noticed that the temp gauge went from it's normal below middle location to about 3/4 of the way up. I shifted to fifth and lowered my speed and moved to the rigth lanes.

The temp came down to some above middle and went back to normal after the climb was over. Do you guys think that this is a sign that something might be wrong or was it that the car was just too packed and combined with the hot weather created it such?
