k24a4 Block, With Water Pum, Oil Pan, Timing Chain Cover, Pistons and Crank. everything is assembled except for the cover. block has 32k on it. no leaks, no cracks. no nothing. Compression is great. call, text or email me for pics........... PRICE is $350
