Default Indy FWD Power Adder Class $3000 1st place

I don't know much about this event, but the payouts are big and I have "heard" it is going to be big. 9 live bands booked and I have heard lots of buzz about it. I think its a good opportunity to make some money if the class is full.

also just noticed they pay good even to 4th place and I bet the track prep is going to be on point with all those cars there.

I talked to the organizer this morning and yes there is a minimum number of entries for the payout, and it isn't a small number. It is a small number for the domestic guys, but a number we aren't used to seeing in a class. There are some preregistered racers so I think it is attainable. Bring all your friends LOL. It is a nice chunk of change so full payout would be cool.

Also, if the class isn't filled, it will pay like a Gamblers race. Entries go into the pot - 10% for track rental.

How many is a lot for the fwd class? I don't want to head over that way unless payout will be at least 1000. Do u know how many are already preregistered for that class

The event promoter is going to let me know how many have preregistered. I think it is about 10-12 right now, and I have a few friends with some pretty quick SFWD cars that plan on making it if more people show. They too want a payout of $1000 or so. For the full payout...40 cars EEEEEEK. Bring your friends LOL.

I think we can get close to that number if you guys at slowmotion tell your customers to come out. If you guys can get a stack of cars, I will get a stack of cars as well. The track was real good last weekend, and probably better this weekend with it being prepped for 6 second cars. If I had headlights I could run my AM car by the rules. Plated and insured

I'll let everyone know that cars are finished. i'm stuck between going to this or IFO. Is there a schedule anywhere so I know when to arrive and leave? I know it's 3 days but how is the days broken down with qualifying and elims?

there is the schedule of events for the weekend. I still would like to see how many cars are going to be in fwd class before I decide to head that way for the weekend. No camping at track also kind of sucks for an all weekend race.

There is camping right across the street and it is a pretty nice campground.

Also, Friday night they are turning the clocks off and having money races. Some cops hold the $ so there isn't any silly ****, then you run for cash. Way easy for us ricers to pick on some unsuspecting V8s for cash.

Count us locals in...pending test n tune passes on Thursday and Friday. Nichole and I are planning on racing, but I don't think she's pre-registered yet.

Hey Ben are you sure they are running 1/4 mile Friday night. I want to run but I know the race that night is 1/8 mile. I don't want to go if it is only 1/8 all night.
