I plan on doing a retro sometime within this year. Currently I have blackhoused TYC projectors and of course my oem headlights in a box. I was wondering if anyone has ever simply swapped out the lens on TYC projectors (no idea as to what size the lens is, depth, etc)? Debating of trying that if it doesn't involve much cutting or doing the oem headlights....

 

its done a lot on HIDplanet but I personally think that those lights look tacky.

get some depos and TL projectors

Plus, I dont need to spend more money on headlights themselves. Guess i'll be checking out HIDPlanet and see what each entails.

 

yeah HIDplanet has TONS of info. thats where I learned so much about my led tail retrofit and my hid retro.
