I need a new used motor, in working ready to go running condition for my 1994 Honda Prelude Si.

yes I'm interested. short-block meaning bottom end. Is it fully assembled and in working condition? Because since mind has a bad piston ring, I could slap my head on your bottom end and call it a day. That would be great. I'm very interested, let me know pricing shipped to Columbus OH.
