Default Toda clutch and flywheel combo vs exedy clutch and toda flywheel

Im sitting on a itr tranny and im going to do the clutch and fly while the car is apart. I know the toda package from IPS comes balanced, which is nice. But otherwise, is the toda combo worth the xtra $300? If it is then I dont mind payin for it. I plan on some spec a's or skunk2 stage 1's. If I get the exedy from R&D, how will it change the install? Any opinions on either clutch? Thanks for any helpful info.

TODA makes their own flywheels....they even make flywheels for other companies. They're known in Japan for their manufacturing capabilities....their whole tag line is having in-house manufacturing capabilities.

and the TODA clutch is made by Ferrodo (UK).
