Default Basic Lowering question

I have an 89 Honda civic, and received a set of springs and shocks ready to mount from a buddy of mine. (1' drop Eibachs on Tokico blues) He used some sketchy looking Ebay camber kit. similar to this one

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/88-89...item45f3bc5a9c

I am looking to Autocross and would like something more reputable, like a whole new upper control arm with a sliding balljoint like the one from Skunk2. Is this overkill? what does the forum use to correct their camber after lowering.

Also as far as the back I know I need an adjustable arm. Is will something like this do? once again just wanna see what the forum is using.

Oh! Are there any front control arms from buddy club?

Thanks for all your help!!!

That setup ain't gonna help much in autocross. Tokico blues are just glorified stock replacement struts.

Check out tein. Their kits include a camber adjustment.

I personally use illuminas on ground control. I wouldn't recommend either of those. Just spend the money the first time and do it right.

BTW, next time, try searching.

Camber adjust isn't needed.

"But what?!"

Glad you asked.

My RT-615's don't wear any more than normal while having the operational life of an ice cube in the Sahara with -2.0 in the rear.

I had the eibach 1" drop lowering springs on my old Ed/ef and loved them but as stated above tokico blues aren't the greatest.I have some koni yellow's that I love, you can adjust the shock from really firm to soft.On the track obviously you'd want it firm and for the street I'm going to set it in the middle not too soft not too hard.Best of luck with your setup Op.
