it does but it was taken off,you can still see the outline of it from the glue when you look up closely to it

you sure you need a license for it? reason why im asking its because i just got a salvage title on a car i bought at the auction and all they told me is that i need ti take it to the dmv when its ready they will give me my plates then in a coulple months they will inspect it and if it passes they give you a tittle as rebuilt.........

 

yes because the car is not driveable and when i sell it to another person that has a license they take full responsibility for the car and how they fix it. If i sell it to someone privately all the licensing would have to go threw me as if i was selling the car on a dealer lot. In order to do that i would have to fix the car myself and make it street legal to sell it,if another dealer takes it off my hands i just reasign the title and they fix it and sell it.Thats why i was saying if someone knows someone with a dealer license they can just sign for them and they can talk it out on how they will go about fixing the car.
