Figure this one out...
My abs light is on 95% of the time and iv replaced sensors, relays all kinds of stuff but it never went away so I just figured as long as I don't slam on the brakes they wont lock up w/e but the past couple weeks iv noticed that when the light is OFF and everything should be working fine the car pulls to the right when I brake and when I push the clutch to stop the rpms drop likes its ganna stall and idles rough at about 500 rpms?? Anyone ever heard of this?
Well I just replaced the passenger caliper. I'll change the driver side too but would the caliper have anything to do with abs light? And the low rpms, it almost sounds like a vacuum leak maybe when the light comes on it shuts the abs pump?
Yeah i was gonna mention that the idle problem is probley a vacuum leak a stuck caliper can very well cause a abs light pop the hood and run the car, not too hot so the fan isn't running do you hear any hissing?? sounds like 2 seperate problems. Good luck buddy
No I don't hear any vacuum leaks under the hood, I'm ganna replace the driver caliper tomorrow and see wat that does. Maybe the low idle is a different problem but it's pretty constant when the light is off. I can tell wat kinda ride it's ganna be by my abs light lol
