code 16 issues.
hey guys. I hondoogled "code 16" and read almost every single thread started about a code 16.
Code 16 is a fuel injector code.
The car runs steadily off of 3 cylinders, cylinder 1 being dead.
There is roughly 13.5V at every injector. Every injector is within spec for ohms.
I traced every wire in the engine bay connected to the fuel injectors and they all are clean, no breaks, and have continuity.
The only issue I can report is that the solid blue wire at the injector harness connector over by the driver's side shock tower does not read battery voltage with key on engine off. My DVOM flashes OL when I connect battery negative to that blue wire. Don't know if that is alright or not. Every other wire has battery voltage with key on engine off.
Any ideas? I am in the process of trying every possible solution. Only I am at work, so I can only hop outside with my DVOM every so often haha.
Thanks,
Andy

If you are getting a proper signal voltage & pluse to your injectors. Then perhaps on of your injectors are bad. What ECU are you using? Are you using a resistor box?
Stock obd0 ecu, stock injector resistor. Ohm'd the resistor box and all terminals are within spec.
I figured it was a clogged injector since the code is intermittent, so I filled up my tank, and poured 2 bottles of injector cleaner. It smoothed the idle and ride out a tit bit, but definitely did not solve the problem.
