Default Correct Tranny Info....PLEASE

I am new to H/F engines. I have a JDM Accord Sir-T. It of course has an F20B with the T2T4 trans.

I want to run the M Factory final drive with a longer fifth gear.

Two questions:

What is the CORRECT 5th gear ratio of this trans.?

Are F (single cam) gears and H series gears interchangeable?

Thanx

thanx my man.

i actually saw this chart.
however, i have also seen info stating that the T2T4 has a .812 fifth gear. that is why i emphasized that i wanted correct infomation.

what is the source of this chart?

what about the compatibility between H and F trannys??

any help is greatly appreciated.

The sources of that chart are too many to list. H and F are interchangeable minus ATTS and S2K transmissions.

PirateMcFred,

I decided to use the M Factory calculator to check my 5th gear. However, I am going to use speed. That way I will be able to see the difference in RPM rather than speed.

The reason that I thought the H and F 5th gears were compatible is because they share some of the same ratios for their respective fifth gear.

Thanx for the input.
