I am finishing up putting A/C back in my 91 hatch with a B series engine. I have everything back in the car now and am testing the wiring. I am not getting any power to the compressor wire. I do not have it hooked up to the compressor, I am using a test light to check for power. I jumped the pressure switch (no freon in car yet) and my condenser fan works, but I am not getting power to the compressor wire. I am thinking a bad relay? Is there a fuse for the compressor? I checked my grounds and everything is plugged in correctly. Thanks for any help.

 

Well I figured it out. the engine has to be running to get power to the compressor wire.

 

Step one: Make sure its plugged in.
Step two: Turn light switch on.
Step three: Turn on car?
