1991 honda accord ex problems... help!
alright so i have a list of problems been trying to figure this out for about a week. first my check engine light comes on speedometer stops working as well as my trip odometer and im guessing the regular odometer isnt working either as i forgot to check the last time i drove it. sport mode light starts flashing. i check the cel code. and it flashes from the sport mode light. it registers a code 13 Barometric pressure sensor. i read up on it and people said to reset the computer. i did that and it worked/hasnt come back.
that still leaves me with the problem of the speedometer/trip odometer and the sport mode light flashing.
on a side note my car also shifts very rough... its an automatic. generally when its at high rpms. but it will jolt when i put it in drive or reverse. the car vibrates pretty bad when its idling. and even when driving at normal rpms i can feel it shift hard just not as hard as with high rpms.
can anyone help with these problems? i really dont want to take it to a mechanic to diagnose it.... thats supposed to be my future job as im starting school for it next month... thanks in advance.

I had a speedo problem on my accord that the speedo stopped working from time to time and it turned out to be the speed sensor. It is located at the bottom rear passenger side of the transmission, just left of the intake manifold. i needed a long extension to get to it.
Did you check the engine/tranny mounts to see if any were broken? Have a friend put the car in drive with the brakes on (and e-brake) and accelerate slightly. The engine would lift slightly but not to much. maybe thats the jolt that you feel when shifting into drive or reverse.
just a guess..

sounds like the speed sensor (vss) that is on the top of the transmission, but it usally throws a code for it wich is code " 17 " when you jump the blue wire under the passanger side dashboard the s light will blinks once and then seven times in a role. that means its code seventeen wich stands for the speed sensor. i just replaced mine and the code went away.
i second the engine mount causing the rough shifting and vibration. mine is bad right now, and it sounds the same. on mine, its the front 'dog bone' mount... the rubber is separated on the top side.
