Damn, throw in some seats and you have a complete, clean R. Someone should jump on this.

Ok...so just a thought.

Under the milk crate is the cargo carpet, which is normally clipped to the back of the rear seats with... a lot of clips.

Does it strike anyone as odd that the people who jacked the seats would have taken the time to remove the carpet from the back of the seat? lol

Just puttin that out there,...

Doesn't take any effort to yank those plastic clips from the backrests.

It sounds to me like this car took a bath in a lake. This would result in "Irreparable" status as opposed to "Salvage" status.

Irreparable

* Vehicle has been written-off as a total loss.
* Can only be used for parts or scrap.
* Cannot be driven again in Ontario.

From http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/dan...andatory.shtml

Irreparable as per Wikipedia article on Canada Vehicle title branding.
See:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_title_branding
Fire
Flood damaged A vehicle that can be used for parts or scrap only.
