Default Problems with Biddy Club USA

Ok so I have been trying for a month and a half now to get a hold of someone at buddy club to get the info i need to send in oil of my coil over to get repaired. They are out of warranty and I'm intending to pay to have it fixed.

My problem is every day i call and I am told each and every day that the tech i need to speak to is out to lunch, is unavailable, hes out in a meeting etc etc.

I don't know what to do. I want to get my coil over repaired because I absolutely love these coil over. Ive driven on many different suspension set ups and by far these were the best.

But if I'm have this big of a problem of getting a hold of somebody at Buddy Club USA it makes me weary about every buying anything else from them ever.

Dose anybody have any other contact details for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Ask to speak with a manager, and go threw him or her. My friend had this issue, he had to call and ask for a manager, rip them *** new a hole and he finaly got it taken care of.

Pretty sure that those coilovers are made in China these days anyways. I really doubt that they can rebuild them.

Well the coil over itself isn't blown. The height adjuster is completely seized. And i mean completely me and a few guys at my dealer spend about 2 hours thinking of ideas to break it loose and about the only thing i didn't do was apply head to it.

I would def call and try to speak to a manager and have them state a time for you to be able to contact the tech.

just purchase a new damper, it'll probably be of comparable price and less hassle. the whole manager advice won't work, that's not how they operate there. 1 sales guy that does everything and everyone else just refers things to him. just ask george how much it is for a new damper and move on.
