Hopefully some people on here with rsz-r's can chime in and help but I bought a set and I'm thinking they are fake... which is BS for the price I paid. DO ALL rsz-r's have work stamped on the inside of wheel? If somebody has a picture of the inner of their RSZ-r's it would be a HUGE help as that would confirm they are real or fake. I just need to see the stamping.


I'm not sure what the hell the could be if they are fake as they aren't stamped rota... Here are pictures for assistance. Thanks in advance if anyone can chime in.

 

FYI these are fake, rota sticker on the outter barrels....So if you do buy a set learn from this. I'm in the process of either getting a refund of getting this guy served.

The center hole on real RSZ-R has a lip.

 

RSZ-R are two-piece wheels. You can look inside the barrel for welds. Since the photos you posted do not show any welds, it's obvious they are 1-piece cast wheels, which would make them RSZ-R replicas (I realize that you posted you found the Rota sticker already, but I just thought I'd post this so the information is made available to everyone).

To my knowledge, there aren't many, if any, companies making 2pc replicas of 2pc wheels. Usually when 2pc wheels are replicated they will be made as a 1pc cast wheel, so if you're every looking for an original 2pc wheel in the future it will be a good idea to check for the welds on the inside of the wheel.
