well things always never end like one planned. for the simple fact this setup was intended for a D16a6 full motor build which i'm still building but i don't know when i'll ever get my motor back to me nor have the car for it to go into yet.
so now it goes into my DOHC ZC build engine. so i have all the parts i need but i need to start preping them to have them ready to install. i will be going to TDC dyno meet to have it dyno(for a starting points of whp) since it's untune and then get it tune to then slap on these part.
so here's my work and part list:
DOHC ZC head pnp
Exospeed Stage 3 cams
Golden Eagle vacuum box
2" Webber verlocity stacks
CBR1000RR(42mm) w/injector harness
D15b2 cut flange w/aluminum conduite welded
ZCSpeed adapter(from adapeter to verlocity stack tip it 10.25" long)
B16 SRR adjustable cam gears
LC-1 Innovate wideband
Cen-Tech digi thermo w/K probe to run as a EGT

here's the OER Sport Injectors if you look on the 2nd runner close to the flange you'll see the IAT postion.

now i found the pic i was looking for see ithe IVAC and MAP on the vacumm box.

here's the OER setup it comes with the holes for the IVAC too.

i want to keep it very OEM compatiable like the OER but not pay $2k for the OER.
here's my questions, which will bring more questions i guess:
i'm going to the dyno to see my base numbers untune, then i was planning to have it tune first, then having it retune with the itb setup. should i have just slap the itbs retune or do the step process?
i want run a OEM MAP, should drill hole in the vacuum box and mount it there?
i want to run a OEM IAT sensor should i drill a hole in the runner and mount it there?
i want to run the OEM coolant line from the flange i was thinking of drilling a hole into the flange and putting a y7/8 tube there since i had it weld shut?
at the moment i can't afford a 2.5" cat back exhaust, will it hurt my numbers if i choke my header to a 2" flange to hook up to my catback exhaust. which starts a 2" to 2.36" choke again to 2" the back to 2.36"?(2.36" to 2" to 2.36" is the way the cat back is made)
my CBR600RR fuel rail has two fuel lines on the fuel rail which become a problem hooking it up to a civic fuel system. so how can i hook up a fuel pressure regulator since i want to use the CBR injectors?
well here's the start of my questions.
thanks

That is a lot of questions, lol.
1. Your going to want to use a larger vacuum box to connect your Map sensor to, seems that a lot of they guys who have success use a decent size vacuum box to dampen the pulses.
2.Yes going from 2 3/8 to 2 is a restriction but its what you have to work with, its going to work yes.
3. B16 cam gear markings are a bit off on a ZC engine a minimum compare the 2 and you will recognize one of the marks are not the same (I forget which but one gear is a tooth on when using b16 gears on a zc). If at all possible try to degree the cams.
4. DONT expect to be able to drive the car after installing the ITB's it will need a decent amount of tuning to get it drivable.
5. With the spacing could you possibly use a OEM civic fuel rail?
6. I suggest installing the cams after you get the bugs worked out of the ITB's tackle them one at a time.
What are you tuning with?

a bigger one?! wow i guess i need to find another one.

yes i need to upgrade it

thats why i'm looking in getting everything i need to get it correctly and have it trailered to the tune shop.
5. With the spacing could you possibly use a OEM civic fuel rail?
never thought of that, but i will still be able to keep the CBR injectors?
6. I suggest installing the cams after you get the bugs worked out of the ITB's tackle them one at a time.
too late, they're installed and i don't have a stock pair either.

the tuner want to use crome, i wanted to use etune. but at the moment i'm using crome cause i have a chipped P06 with a P30 base and a P29 map so my car can run somewhat correctly.
