Guys,

I am trying to see if this works, I have seen a few posts that say you can do it with a little work. I have never seen a picture or anything like this completed.

So I was wondering if you could help me out with pics or something. Once again I have a eg hatch and trying to put eg coupe seats into it.

they are both the same seats.. they would just bolt in

 

Hatch seats are not the same as coupe seats. Hatch seats fold down into 2 pieces when the back of the coupe are one solid piece.

You never mentioned rear seats. Codrulz probably thought you meant front seats.

ive never heard of using coupe seats in a hatch. they arent even close to the same. just buy some hatch or integra rear seats for it. good luck.

 

He means the back seat. I thought about doing this before, but I don't think it's worth it. The plastic trim doesn't look like it'd meet up correctly, and you have the latch assembly at the top that you would not have in the hatch.

The hatch doesn't have a trunk and needing a key to fold the seats down would be a pain.

 

My coupe backseat folds down into 2 pieces, split 60/40. I'm 100% certain that it's the original backseat for the car. Probably depends on the year, mine's a 2000.

 

Coupe front seats bolt in to hatch directly.

Rear bottom of a coupe fits the hatch. For the rear backs, you need to use hatch seat backs or integra coupe seat backs.

The integra coupe bottom will fit but it leaves a gap and looks like crap. A 4 door integra bottom will fit (from what I've heard) or you can use a civic coupe bottom.

I will post of pic of mine. I used integra coupe backs and civic coupe bottom. I am working on getting matching colors, but what I have now is better than the cracking vinyl crap that came in the hatch originally.

 

 

As mentioned, for '92-95 models, the front seats are identical among coupe and hatch models other than fabric coverings.

For the rear, only the bottom cushion is interchangeable between coupe and hatchback. The backrests will not interchange.

Well If the complete back seats wont fit then I guess I am off for a nice hunt of trying to find some good quality si hatch back seats..
