Default recommendations for JDM H22A swap

my JDM H22A has 30-40,000 miles..timing belt still says honda on it..questions is should i replace the timing belt and water pump?..im running low on funds cuz of this swap..if i had to change one, which would you guys recommend?..my 93 prelude came with an H22a1 and the timing belt was replaced last year, can i still reuse that timing belt on the JDM H22A?..im also converting to manual tensioner..

what is a checklist that i can do for my JDM engine? ive heard some guys just swap in their jdm H22A right into their cars without replacing any belts and whatnot..and also how do i use the second fan switch since the jdm
H22a only uses one switch?..i read to swap the thermostat housing from my usdm H22 onto the jdm h22, just need a confirmation on that..thanks guys..im doing this swap wth a friend thats the reason with so many questions..and ive already searched on here and preludezone..just looking for some straight answers..

Even though the belt is low mileage it still has been on the motor and sitting around since the early-mid 90's. I did t-belt, water pump, rear main seal, plugs and wires. I'm also sure like me and everyone else you'll be replacing a gasket too here and there once you crank it up and find oil seeping slowly past them. Oh yeah, I'd also drop the oil pan and clean the pickup, mine was nasty causing low pressure.
