ok i took my car to autozone and they plugged up a basic diagnosis machine and it said misfire and oxygen sensor my question is i just replaced my wires with new ngk and ngk g power plugs it runs better but still wants to sputter sometimes could this be because the oxygen sensor

 

What was the DTC? There are more than one DTC for an oxygen sensor, and more causes for an oxygen sensor DTC than a faulty oxygen sensor. I doubt a faulty oxygen sensor or sensor feedback is causing your misfire.
