If you think something might be an STD, you should see your doctor ASAP.
Jokes aside, how do you expect anyone to tell you anything based off of that photo (much less take the time to try and "read" what was typed)? Get a photo showing any manufacturer markings / serial numbers, and perhaps someone could answer then.
